Courses

We present 1 Star - Open Water, 2 Star - Advanced, Rescue Diving, Nitrox, Wreck 1, Search & Recovery,              3 Star - Master Diver and Dive Master training.
We can also assist in the training towards Instructor Qualifications
For those still unsure - we are offering an introduction to Scuba - 2 hours theory and 1 or 2 dives - POR

New - We are also offering distance learning for the theoretical phase - Unfortunately no one has come up with distance learning for the practical phase - so you will have to stuck with my face and methods during the practical sessions

Scuba Gear

1 Star - Open Water

Your adventure starts here. You will learn the basic of diving and safe diving in the open water environment - sea, dams & lakes.
The first step to underwater freedom requires 5 swimming pool dives and 5 open water dives - roughly 1 week duration.
During this course you will receive 1 full day lectures on the theory, followed by 1 day swimming pool sessions and then 2 days of open water dives.
You will be taught the basic principles of diving and elements to ensure you will be able to safely function as a certified diver.

2 Star - Advanced

During the second stage of your recreational diving career, the 2 Star Advance Diving gives you exposure to specialty  courses such as night diving, deep diving, underwater navigation, etc. During the course you will do navigation dives and deep dives as a prerequisite for certification. To enter the course you need at least 15 open water dives.  The course can be concluded over 3 days with the first day theory and then 2 days practical diving.

Rescue

In order to gain the relevant experience towards a Master Diver, you are required to undergo training as a rescue diver to assist other divers who may require life support.  This is a 2 day course with the first day theory and the second day the practical dives.

Search & Recovery

The thrill of diving diving is not only limited to seeing nice things underwater, but to be able to assist other in finding lost or interesting things - but then also to recover those items under various circumstances.
This course is a 2 day course - 1 day theory and 1 day practical and gives you the exposure to develop your skills towards more serious search and recovery aspects.

Nitrox

The use of a mixture of air is not new to you as a person. The factor of decompression sickness is always an element to consider and to avoid as a risk in diving.
Nitrox diving is the first course where you will be introduced to the use of gasses other than the normal 21/79 air that we breathe. 
This course is a 2 day course with the first day theory and the second day where you will do 2 medium depth and duration dives whilst breathing nitrox.

Wreck 1

Wreck diving is probably the most widely sought after course as it will enable you to experience diving with various sunken wrecks or underwater environments.  This course is a requirement when you want to dive to any wreck or wreck site. It is a two day course with theory and the second day two dives to visit a wreck and to understand the principles of diving at wreck sites.

3 Star - Master Diver

When you complete this course, you are considered to be a completely qualified recreational diver.  It allows you to dive to a maximum of 40 meters and also to experience the finer aspects of diving. You must have at least 50 logged dives in various aspects of diving such as night diving, deep diving, sea dives, boat dives, fresh water dives, poor visibility dives and shore entry dives.  You need experience for this qualification, such as some specialty courses, i.e. rescue diver, search & recovery, etc.
The course consist of some theory, but mainly requires you to do some extensive research to complete the assignment paper.

Dive Master

As a diver you will frequently be under the supervision of a Dive Master (DM). This is the person that normally leads the dives and ensuring that groups of people is safe during a dive.
This course is the first course in a dive leadership role and requires the ability to effectively lead and control divers individually and as a group.
